In other news: 5 months and 3 surgeries later, Mom returned to Japan today from her super-extended visit. Effective immediately, my place is once again a kimchi-free zone.

As you may or may not know, Shawn Kemp was my favorite NBA player in the early to mid 90's before he got all fat and started doing cocaine and impregnating women at an alarming rate. As it turns out, his son (one of 13 kids he allegedly fathered out of wedlock with 9 different women) is now a top-rated high school prospect! How much longer before we can field an entire team of just Kemp offspring?

When you don't drink, people always need to know why. They are like, "You don't drink? Why?" It never happens with anything else. "You don't use mayonnaise? Why? Are you addicted to mayonnaise? Is it OK if I use mayonnaise?"
